Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
